I cannot fault this hotel and would only book this hotel again when i return to Benidorm.

Food excellent, reception staff excellent, bar staff excellent, restaurant staff excellent, cleaners excellent. There is nothing I can fault with this hotel. The manager can be seen daily walking and talking to staff and guests. A great location for the old town (5 minutes) the beach (7 minutes) and we are not fast walkers. You do not get dropped off at the door but that is the case with many hotels in Benidorm. Our room was on the 11th floor overlooking the pool, these rooms have sun most of the day so it is a pleasure to sit on the balcony...

If Benidorm is the place you want to visit and want a quieter area to stay in then this is perfect for you. We stayed in 2 rooms for 14 nights as a couple and my 88 year old mother and everything was great including the food. The staff were excellent and would especially like to thank George and Jesus for their Waitering skills absolutely superb.The one and only negative is the pool opening times, why on earth does a pool need to open at 10am? My holiday starts the moment I wake up and l am usually straight out there sunbathing as early as I can.
