      Car rental at Karpathos Airport makes the start of your trip easy: the rental desk is inside the terminal, so there is no need to look for a transfer or travel to a separate office after landing. Different car classes are available, and when booking you can choose the protection level that suits you, including Super with no excess.

      All offers include unlimited mileage, and you pay the main part of the rental cost when you pick up the car. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental starts.

      Booking a car at Karpathos Airport: No Full Prepayment

      No 100% prepayment. To confirm your car booking at Karpathos Airport, you only need to pay 7–10% of the total rental cost. The remaining amount is paid when you pick up the car.

      If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the rental starts, the prepayment is refunded. If you cancel later, only the prepayment amount is non-refundable — the full rental cost is not charged in advance.

      Protection Level and Price of Your Choice

      When booking a car at Karpathos Airport, you choose the protection level yourself — from basic to extended, including Super Protect with no excess. The protection terms and excess amount depend on the package you choose, while the deposit remains fixed for all offers.

      When booking online, the cost of protection is up to 15% lower than when arranging extended cover directly at the office. So, if you want extended protection, it is more cost-effective to add it when booking online. Rentaholiday does not sell third-party insurance — the selected protection package is provided directly by the car rental company and arranged together with the car rental.

      Get your car straight from the terminal — even at night

      After landing at Karpathos Airport, you will not have far to go: the rental desk is located inside the terminal. Collect your luggage and head to the desk — you can pick up your car directly at the airport, without a transfer to another location.

      Night-time flights are also accommodated. If your flight arrives late, you can still pick up your car at that time. When booking, provide your exact arrival time so the rental desk can be ready for you. Pick-up and return information will be provided in your booking confirmation.

      Where to collect your car after landing at Karpathos Airport

      After collecting your luggage, go to the rental desk inside the Karpathos Airport terminal. You do not need to leave the airport building or arrange transport to another pick-up location.

      Visit the desk to complete the rental formalities. After checking your documents and signing the agreement, the representative will hand you the car keys and explain the pick-up and return procedure.

      To complete the rental, have your driving licence, passport or ID card and bank card in the main driver's name ready. Before setting off, inspect the car and make sure its condition matches the information in the documents.
