Where do I collect my hire car at Paros Airport?

Car collection is arranged directly at the airport through a Meet & Greet service. After collecting your luggage, leave the arrivals hall and head towards the exit, where a representative will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. The exact meeting point and instructions are provided in your booking confirmation.

Can I collect a hire car at Paros Airport if my flight arrives at night?

Yes. Car collection and return are available for night flights as well. Enter your actual arrival time when booking so the representative can arrange your meeting. Instructions for collecting and returning the vehicle will be included in your booking confirmation.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

If your arrival time changes, contact the team using the details provided in your booking confirmation. This will help coordinate the meeting around your revised arrival time. If the delay is significant, contact the representative as soon as possible.

What documents do I need to collect a hire car at Paros Airport?

You will need your passport, a valid driving licence and a credit card in the main driver's name. If your driving licence is not printed in Latin characters and does not meet the requirements applicable in Greece, you will need an International Driving Permit (IDP). An IDP does not replace your original national driving licence, so you must present both documents.

Virtual cards and prepaid cards are not accepted. If you are unsure whether your bank card is suitable for payment and vehicle collection, please contact us before making your booking.

Do I have to pay the full car hire cost in advance?

No. To confirm your booking online, you only need to pay 7–10% of the total rental cost. The remaining balance is paid when you collect the car at Paros Airport. Full prepayment is not required.

Can I hire a car at Paros Airport with zero excess?

Yes. When booking, you can choose from three protection options: Comfort, Premium or Super. The Super tariff provides car hire with zero excess, subject to the conditions of the selected offer. The protection price, coverage details and deposit amount are shown in the vehicle details before you complete your booking.

Can I cancel my car hire booking at Paros Airport free of charge?

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the rental starts, your prepaid amount will be refunded. If fewer than 48 hours remain before the rental starts, the refund conditions depend on the rules of your specific booking. Check the terms in your booking confirmation before cancelling.

Can I collect my hire car at Paros Airport and return it somewhere else?

Yes, if one-way car hire is available for your selected vehicle. When booking, check whether you can return the car at another location on the island, such as the rental office in Parikia or Paros Port. Available return locations and any additional charges depend on the selected offer.

Can I return my hire car at Paros Port before catching a ferry?

Yes, provided your booking allows the car to be returned at the port or at an agreed drop-off point near the ferry pier. Select the appropriate return location when booking and confirm the vehicle handover instructions in advance. Allow enough time to return the car and reach the ferry boarding area.
