Car Rental at Paros Port

Car rental at Paros Port allows you to continue your journey as soon as you arrive on the island. The rental location is in Parikia, just a 2–3 minute walk from the port — after getting off the ferry, you will not need to find transport to a remote office. You can choose the car class that suits you — from a compact model for getting around the island to a more spacious option for a family or group — and choose your protection level, including Super Cover with no excess.

Unlimited mileage is included in the rental price, and the main part of the cost can be paid when you pick up the car. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental starts. For very early or late ferry arrivals, car pick-up is also available by prior arrangement.

When booking a car on Paros, you do not need to pay the full rental cost in advance. The main part of the cost is paid when you pick up the car in Parikia — at the office, just a 2–3 minute walk from the port.

To secure your chosen rate and vehicle availability, only 7–10% of the total rental cost is paid online. The remaining amount is paid when you pick up the car. If your plans change, the prepayment is refunded if you cancel no later than 48 hours before the rental starts. For later cancellations, you only risk the amount of the prepayment, not the full rental cost.

When renting a car at Paros Port, you can choose your preferred level of protection in advance — from a basic option to extended cover with Super Protect with no excess. There are three protection options available, so you can choose the right balance between the rental price and level of cover.

All the details are shown before you confirm your booking: the vehicle details show the price of the selected protection, the cover conditions and the deposit amount. The deposit depends on the protection package you choose, while Super Protect comes with a minimum deposit. Rentaholiday does not sell third-party insurance — the selected protection is arranged as part of the rental, without the need to deal with additional policies.

After getting off the ferry, reaching the rental location is very easy: the office is in Parikia, around a 2–3 minute walk from the port. There is no need to look for a transfer or travel to another part of the island — you can simply walk to the office and collect your car.

If you plan to fly out of Paros after your trip, you can return the car at the airport if this option is available. This means you do not need to return to Parikia before your flight. Availability and conditions for this type of return depend on the selected vehicle and are shown during booking.
