Car Rental on Paros

Car rental on Paros allows you to start your trip as soon as you arrive on the island. There is a convenient rental location in Parikia, just a 2–3 minute walk from the port of Paros. You can choose the car class that suits you — from a compact model for getting around the island to a more spacious option for a family or group — and choose your protection level, including Super Cover with no excess.

Unlimited mileage is included in the rental price, and the main part of the cost can be paid when you pick up the car. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental starts. For very early or late pick-up, service is available by prior arrangement.

When booking a car on Paros, you do not need to pay the full rental cost in advance. The main part of the cost is paid when you pick up the car in Parikia — at the office, located just a 2–3 minute walk from the port.

To secure your chosen rate and vehicle availability, only 7–10% of the total rental cost is paid online. The remaining amount is paid when you pick up the car. If your plans change, the prepayment is refunded if you cancel no later than 48 hours before the rental starts. For later cancellations, you only risk the amount of the prepayment, not the full rental cost.

When booking a car on Paros, you can choose one of three protection options depending on the level of cover you want. You can choose a basic package or extended protection, including Super Protect with no excess.

The vehicle details show the price of the selected package, the cover conditions and the deposit amount before you book. The deposit amount depends on the protection package you choose — the lowest deposit applies when you choose Super Protect. Rentaholiday does not sell third-party insurance, so all protection conditions and prices are shown in advance.

Car pick-up is arranged in Parikia, just a 2–3 minute walk from the port of Paros. After arriving on the island, you will not need to find transport to a remote office — you can simply walk to the rental location and collect your car.

For your return journey, you can choose a convenient drop-off option: the car can be returned at Paros Airport if you are flying out after your trip. This is particularly convenient if you arrive on the island by ferry and leave by plane. The exact return conditions and location are specified when booking.
