Rent a car at Alicante railway station

If you're arriving by train:

• After exiting through the arrivals gate, go straight to the end of the station building to the exit on the left hand side. There you will find the express car park, taxi area and hire offices. 

If you arrive by car, bus or on foot:

• From the bus drop-off point, follow the signs for Car Rental to the car park of the rental offices. The easiest reference point is the taxi stop on the right side of the railway station.

At the rental office:

• At the pick-up counter, present your passport (or ID), driving licence and payment card in the name of the main driver. Please note that all documents must be in order and valid. It is not necessary to print out the voucher, it is enough to give your first and last name, which you indicated when booking the car online on our website. The hire car will be delivered directly to your office door for collection.

At the agreed time in the rental contract, all you need to do is arrive at the Alicante railway station office. 

If the return of the auto within working hours:

• Proceed to the office, inform the office that you are ready for a return;
• Ask the rental company representative to inspect the car, check the level of fuel returned and get a coupon that you have returned the car in good condition according to the requirements of the contract. This is especially important if you have booked a car at the most economical rate with a deductible.

If you want to return the car at night:

• This service is provided and the return is possible at any time of the day 24/7. To do this, bring the rental car to the office and leave the keys in a specialised box. We strongly recommend to take photos of the parked car at the moment of its return to exclude various nuances. Regarding the procedure of return outside of working hours, please check with the rental office upon collection.
